Help our customers achieve success with SEO optimization and drive product adoption. You'll build strong relationships with enterprise clients, guide them through onboarding, and ensure they maximize value from our platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience with SaaS platforms and analytics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and one European language
